Despite repeated requests for him to return / compensate us, this has never materialised. “Do not go with this company, they left us completely out of pocket and we had to get another company out to fix it. At best they used temporary measures to fix the leaks in our roof but even they had failed after a few weeks. The promises to return to fix it, to refund, none of them came true. James is personable and persuasive but he is a total scam and will cost you dearly. There are scores of fake reviews on here,”
