“Owner is a scam artist, tried to pull a bait and switch and install plants that were way smaller than ones I paid him for. On top of that the installation was very messy and unprofessional. Thankfully I only paid half up front and confronted the company and owner (Flavio) about his scam. He also does not complete jobs, paid him to remove a tree stump and found he did not fully remove it, now I have to find another co”
