We've had a leak from the flat above (3rd time) two previous occasions we were able to get the go ahead for work to be done and payment from insurers was swift. This time it took over a year for SDL Bigwood to agree the works and now they have not authorised payment for the works completed in july, causing me more stress now chasing this than it sho”
